In pregnancy and birth, there can be an abundance of excitement, discovery, and anticipation. I’m here to be a resource to you; to help you stay in touch with your intuition, navigate maternal healthcare with confidence, and explore comfort measures that work for you and your baby. My birth support package includes 3 prenatal visits, continuous support throughout labor, and 2 postpartum visit.

How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A doula should not interfere with your partner's role. When you work with a doula, your birth partner should feel supported, listened to, and empowered in their participation during your birth. Ultimately, my involvement should help strengthen the bond between you and your partner as you navigate your pregnancy and birth experience together.
