Bio
Caitlin is a certified massage therapist with 800+ hours of schooling through Elements of Healing School of Massage and Chinese Medicine, where she took their fundamentals and advanced trainings. She has gone on to train in Shamanic healing (Q'ero lineage), and Visceral Manipulation at the Barral Institute. Caitlin is mom of 2 kids and knows first hand the importance of tending to the mother postpartum. She is very passionate about working with the perinatal population through abdominal therapy

Q: How much experience do you have?
A: 10 years of bodywork experience. I currently work one-on-one with clients and teach Abdominal Therapy to other bodyworkers so they can incorporate it into their practice.
Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)
A: I serve all birthing people, pre-conception to postpartum (which can be life long!). I enjoy providing some kind of "ceremonial" closure to the postpartum time. That's something that was missing in my life when I was postpartum...just the attention and intention given to this miraculously raw time.

All types of birthing parents recovering from any type of birth or miscarriage are welcome. Pre-crawling babies welcome to join!

With Caitlin- 60 mins =$150, 90 minutes=$195 available weekdays
With Hannah- 60 mins=$125, 90 minutes=$165 available Sundays
