Postpartum Doulas

Description

Postpartum doula care will include 1 prenatal (up to 1 hour), birth and postpartum planning documents to use at your discretion, and access to a local resource list. Daytime and nighttime shifts available. Day shifts have a daily 4 hour minimum, night shifts have an 8 hour nightly minimum.

Pricing Description

$1,000 for 32 hours of support, typically the first 2 weeks. Beyond 32 hours hourly rate goes to $30 per hour.

Description

This service provides additional support options to expecting and new moms. I offer nursery set-up/prep (including washing of baby clothing, organizing supplies, washing bottles, putting furniture together, etc), personal shopping for baby gear and essentials, and more. You can also purchase individual planning sessions for birth and postpartum planning and one-on-one consultations if you have some questions, also great for birth plan reviews.

Pricing Description

Nursery Set-Up & Organization $200, includes up to 4 hours
Personal Shopping for Baby Gear & Essentials $50/hour, 2 hour minimum (includes mileage within West Valley Region)
Birth Planning Session $150, up to 1.5 hours, plus 30 minute virtual follow up to address additional questions 2 weeks later
Postpartum Planning $50, up to 1 hour
One-on-One Consultation $50/hour

Description

With this service you will receive (3) 1 hour in-person or virtual prenatals to go over questions you may have and provide information to help you have the birth experience you desire and be able to advocate for yourself, access to my growing resource list and text and phone support prior to birth.
You have the option to add virtual labor support as well, which provides phone, text and video support throughout labor.

Pricing Description

Pricing ranges from $450 to $650, depending on level of support. Base price of $450 includes the (3) prenatal visits, access to resource list and text and phone support to answer additional questions and concerns you have before birth. $650 includes all of the above plus ongoing virtual support during labor.
