Birth Doulas
I tailor support based on individual needs. Some families need more education & support in the prenatal period (typically 1st time parents), while others value more support in the postpartum period (usually families with multiple children, or little to no family/friend support nearby). I always provide at least 8 hours of support wherever it suits each family, in addition to full labor support. Please feel free to contact me for further details.
