Overnight doula care provides trusted newborn care so you can get a restful night's sleep.
Includes:
- feeding, diapering, and comforting your baby so you can rest undisturbed
- dishwashing, bottle cleaning, and laundry
- light meal prep
- gentle sleep shaping by helping your baby establish healthy sleep patterns

This birth package includes our standard birth doula package with three private hypnobirthing coaching sessions at a reduced rate. The classes dive into the principles of hypnobirthing, including relaxation techniques, breathing methods, and visualization practices to help you navigate labor with confidence and ease. Basic childbirth education is built into the curriculum and is tailored to you.

Postpartum days and nights with a postpartum doula.
4 hours minimum for days. 8 hour minimum for nights.

Your postpartum chef provides everything from grocery shopping & meal prep to serving you a healthy snack as you feed baby. We’ll work with you to create a meal plan that suits your dietary needs, preferences, and any restrictions. Whether you need comforting, easy-to-digest meals or nutrient-dense options for breastfeeding, we’ve got you covered.

Our birth doula package includes two prenatal visits in your home, a 4 week on call period, continuous in person labor support, a postpartum in home visit.

You will be matched with a primary and a back-up doula of your choosing.

Placenta encapsulation offers a natural way to support your body during this transformative time by harnessing the nutrients and hormones your body created during pregnancy.
1. Pickup: We collect your placenta from your birth location.
2. Preparation: Your placenta is carefully cleaned, steamed, and dehydrated.
3. Encapsulation: The dehydrated placenta is ground into powder and encapsulated
4. Delivery: Your capsules are delivered to you
