Postpartum Doulas

In-home postpartum care: emotional check-ins + processing, newborn/baby care, errands, tidying, laundry, and light meal/snack prep. Prenatal meeting(s) to address postpartum planning, establish support system, and discuss preferences. Ongoing text support and coaching.

In-home care is daytime online and offered in 3-5 hour shifts.

Sliding scale: $40-$50/hour. When I pay more on a sliding scale, I am helping others to access services. When I pay in the middle, I am helping support the service provider. And when I pay at the bottom, I am letting my community hold me and support me. All of these are wonderful and acceptable ways of accessing services.

2-3 prenatal visits, labor + birth support, 2 postpartum visits

I will: Listen to you deeply. Honor your preferences and wishes. Witness your process with respect and reverence. Contribute to your education with information and resources. Remain by your side through every step of the process. Be a go-to support for processing and accountability. Ensure that your voice is being elevated. Support your partner(s) or family. Serve as an advocate.

The standard rate for birth services is $1,800, and the sliding scale range is $1,500-$2,100 for solo-doula care. The standard rate for codoula birth services is $2,400, and the sliding scale range $2,200-$2,600 for codoula care. When I pay more on the scale, I am helping others to access services. When I pay in the middle, I am helping support the service provider. And when I pay at the bottom, I am letting my community hold and support me.
