I help parents look at and process their birth stories and how it is affecting their self image and their parenting. As a trained Birth Story Listener and Parenting Coach, I help you identify the challenges and the opportunities in your experience so you can move forward with more wholeness.
After diving deep into your experience, we will explore strategies that will lead to a more secure, connected relationship with your child.
