Diving into all things late pregnancy and birth. Emotional and physical feelings of third trimester, the stages of labour and birth, how to find comfort in both non-medicated pain relief and/or medicated, what to do when things don’t go as planned, possible hospital interventions/options, pushing stage of the uterus to having baby in your arms. I promote informed decision making and self advocacy.
$300 Private class - Five hours split between two in home classes
