With personalized daytime and overnight support, our postpartum packages provide the expert care that your family needs to thrive.
The first twelve weeks after birth are often as transformative as birth itself. As you adjust to life with your new baby (or babies), our postpartum doulas will provide the wisdom, resources, and skills for an empowered, peaceful, and well-rested postpartum.
Pricing Description
**Daytime Nourish Package
starts at $1100-Six (4-hour) daytime visits (total of 24 hours)
**Overnight Nurture Package
starts at $2200-Six (8-hour) overnight visits (total 48 hours)
**Postpartum Meal Prep Package
starts at $250-Meals for 7-10 days including breakfasts, snacks, and drinks prepared by a postpartum doula in your home

So, even if you would rather not have our doula support at your birth, we can bring our photography skills to your once-in-a-lifetime day.

Placenta Encapsulation Support
Placenta Work
Description
We offer placenta encapsulation and tincture in the greater Phoenix area! Placenta encapsulation is the process of preparing the mother’s placenta after the birth of her baby. The placenta is dehydrated (using a modified Raw Method) ground into powder, and placed into vegan capsules for the mother to ingest as she sees fit. The ingestion of the placenta is known as “placentophagy.”

Our seasoned doulas are highly experienced in all birth settings (including the hospital, home, and birth centers) and have an extensive background in the following areas: VBAC, fertility struggles, anxiety, trauma, LQBTQ, all family dynamics, surrogacy, single parents, BIPOC, and loss.

Birth Doula packages start at $1,7000 or $2,200, based on doulas experience and availability, with add on services: Birth Photography $500 and Placenta Encapsulation $275
