Two prenatal meetings to discuss labor and birth wishes, continuous phone support prior to labor beginning when contract is signed, 24/7 on call support 2 weeks prior to estimated due date and up until labor & delivery, backup doula care in the unlikely event I'm unavailable, help with the first latch if nursing, one postpartum visit at your convenience, any and all pregnancy and birth related resources, judgement free support.
