The perfect survival guide for new and expecting parents to help you understand newborn sleep, how you can navigate it, and how to set your baby up for future sleep success. You will receive my Newborn Sleep Basics course materials and we will meet in person or virtually to discuss them and any questions you might have. This is a wonderful option for while you are expecting, or at any point in the fourth trimester. For infants birth-12 weeks.
