Description

I provide in person, in home pelvic floor physical therapy services in the Portland metro area! I love working with you during pregnancy to help prevent pelvic floor issues, before birth to help you prep, and early postpartum to optimize recovery so that pelvic floor issues are not a lifelong problem for you!

I also offer virtual birth prep sessions for families nationwide! We cover how to prevent tearing, best positions, and pain relief!

Pricing Description

$320 for initial evaluation, $260 for follow up appointments. All appointments are 1 hour in length in the comfort of your own home. All services covered by out of network physical therapy benefits with your insurance provider.
