My postpartum care is tailored to your family's individual needs.  I will help ensure that you have the information and support you need to feel confident and cared for as you adjust to life with your new little one. Whether this means helping with laundry or meal prep or simply holding the baby so you can take a shower. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and love to help new parents navigate the ups and downs of nursing.
