What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Educate yourself and your support system on all of your options. Speak with experts before baby comes so that you are well-informed and can make necessary decisions that you feel good about. Don't forget to have a prenatal lactation consult. Breastfeeding on day 5 looks different than breastfeeding on day 1. Know what to expect ahead of time!
