I’m a certified babywearing educator with a background in child development, and I help new parents feel steady, confident, and connected as they learn to carry their babies. My approach is calm, evidence-based, and tailored to your family’s needs. Babywearing should feel intuitive and supportive, and I’m here to make that experience simple and beautiful from the very beginning.

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

I’ve always been fascinated by how babies learn through closeness. With a background in child development and my own experience as a parent, I saw how powerful babywearing can be in calming the nervous system, supporting early learning, and helping families feel more connected. I love giving parents steady, evidence-based support during this season

What are your certifications and trainings?

I’m a Certified Babywearing Educator through the Center for Babywearing Studies, with a degree in Child Development. My work blends evidence-based positioning, nervous system support, and hands-on guidance so parents feel confident using carriers safely and comfortably.

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

Give yourself permission to learn slowly. Babywearing isn’t about mastering a technique—it’s about building connection and confidence one step at a time. Your baby learns through your closeness, and you learn through gentle practice. You’re already doing enough.

Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

I specialize in supporting expecting parents, newborn families, and caregivers who want calm, evidence-based guidance. I also work closely with twin families and parents of preemies, helping them navigate positioning, safety, and comfort in ways that honor their babies’ unique needs and developmental timelines.
