Postpartum Doulas
Education on post partum issues, guidance with newborn care and feeding, sibling care, breastfeeding support, bottle feeding support, emotional support for new mother, help with post partum care (sitz baths, rest, relaxation), light meal preparation, light house keeping, light infant/young sibling laundry, feeding and care of newborn, referrals as needed.
I charge a $200 nonrefundable fee at contract signing, to be put towards first week of services. From there it is $45/hr for 7am-7pm and $50/hr 7pm-7am. 4 hour minimum. Outside of the general service area may be different.
