Bio
Hello! My Doula journey began when I was privileged to be present at the birth of my nephew. I was deeply moved by the beauty of the birth experience and found I was intuitive in knowing how to help. I ended up at 5 births of family and friends that year in a non-professional capacity and got trained soon after. I feel so honored to support women in this miraculous journey in a professional capacity. I am a CAPPA certified Labor and Birth Doula serving the South Bay.

Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)
I have experience with all kinds of birth in all kinds of settings! Home Birth, Birth Center Birth, Hospital Birth, VBAC, Planned Cesarean, Water Birth, IVF, Previous Birth Trauma
How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
I support all members of the birthing team, including partners and extended family members. It is your special day and I want each member to feel included and prioritized. Mothers receive the most comfort from those they feel safe and loved by. I am a coach for those people who want to support the mom, but don't quite know how.
What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Plan your support system for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Helping hands are more valuable than a onesie any day!
