My classic birth doula package includes: Two prenatal visits (to assess desires for your birth, birth plan assistance, what to expect during labor, comfort techniques/labor positions, postpartum planning), continuous physical, emotional, & informational support for you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, and unlimited phone and e-mail support throughout pregnancy & labor.
