As your postpartum doula, I can assist you with the practical, emotional, and informational support families need during the first 12 weeks with a new baby. That support will look different for each family, and what I do each day will change according to your specific needs. My goal is always to promote parent / infant bonding, rest, and healing while creating balance and organization in your home.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I had my son 11 years ago. I had a birth doula but didn't have a postpartum doula. The first 12 weeks were tough. With no support network, days were long, and nights were even longer. I could have definitely used a postpartum doula to provide that needed support. Now I offer that support to others!

A: I serve the Baltimore area.

Pricing Description
Postpartum doula packages start at $800 + a retainer fee. You can also customize your postpartum experience with tailored support that adapts to your family's needs. $50 / hour with a 12-hour minimum
