We offer small class sizes, expert and empathetic instructors, and classes that fit your schedule. Curated curriculum dives deep into the physiological process of birth, providing strategies to handle the physical and emotional intensity. Each class is evidence based with a holistic approach because we know birth is not ONLY physical.
Options: 1 Day Immersive, Childbirth Preparation, Hypnobirthing, or Lamaze. Group and private sessions offered

Group class prices vary between $350 and $550, please check our website for current rates. Private classes start at $500, please contact us for private class pricing.

Newborn Care Workshop

Newborn Care Classes

In this hands on newborn care workshop, you’ll learn everything you need to care for babies 6 weeks and under. Cut down on midnight Google searches and tackle infant care like a pro. This workshop is 3 hours, each reservation is for two people. Parents, grandparents, or anyone caring for an infant is welcome.

Our Newborn Care Class workshop starts at $160. Private classes can be offered upon request.
