Borilaki Birth and Postpartum Doula

Birth doula services include two prenatal meetings (in-person, if circumstances allow), continuous support during your labor and birth, and one postpartum visit. Continuous text/phone/email support throughout your whole pregnancy, labor, birth, bodywork and lactation resources.

Postpartum doula support includes taking care of your baby while you rest and heal. Light housework, baby laundry, meal preparation, normalizing baby behavior, lactation/feeding support, teaching newborn care, babywearing, etc.

Your overnight doula will help you get some well deserved rest in the early weeks after your baby was born. I help you with lactation advice, sleep, and feeding your baby in any way you'd like to feed them. If breastfeeding, I'll bring the baby to you to feed and take care of the rest, so you can go back to sleep and recharge.
If bottle feeding, you won't ver have to get up during the night to feed your baby, I'll be with them while you sleep.
