Bio

I am a mother, birth keeper and certified practitioner of holistic and sacred pelvic care.I have been an advocate for mothers since my first son was born 16 years ago. I believe that skilled, attuned pelvic bodywork that honors the emotions, energetics and biomechanics of a mother's body is our birthright and one that has been far too long forgotten. I am also a poet, artist and lover of the ocean. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to pelvic health and vitality!

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: I have been working with birthing and postpartum mothers in various capacities since 2007.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Do not skimp on your postpartum self care. You need time to process this huge transition. Too many mothers go through life with pain that can be avoided with proper healing and hands on pelvic care is one of the most effective ways to do that

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: Having your own pelvis tended to emotionally, spiritually and physically is essential to be ready to re-engage sexually with our partners post birth!
