Bio

When you work with Founder Megan Tillman, you get your own personal cheerleader. She's basically your pregnancy's hypegirl. Expect fun and creative sequencing/choreography, carefully curated playlists, and results. She guarentees you will feel better in your evolving body through pregnancy and beyond. You won’t need to scramble to find a safe trainer when you’re pregnant or ready to get back to your body postpartum. You can stick with her for years.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: E-RYT200, RYT-500, YACEP, Barre Above Instructor, AFPA Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

A: During my pregnancy, I noticed the disconnect between healthcare and pregnant people. The automatic response to asking about pains or discomforts was the dismissal of the issue or eagerness to refer to chiropractors or physical therapists. In my third trimester, I began my Prenatal and Postpartum Certification.

Q: What's your favorite past client story?

A: My very first private client worked with me up until the day she went into labor. Less than 12 hours after she left her last session, she held a perfect baby boy in her arms. Yoga and training significantly improves birth outcomes, reduces labor time and minimizes pain experienced.

Our private postpartum yoga sessions are crafted to support your recovery and help you relax, rebuild your core, restore your pelvic floor, and connect with your new body. We work with postpartum clients for 12 weeks and can begin the process at just one week postpartum.

In-person postpartum programs begin at $1,000 for 12 weeks and include weekly emails with easy-to-digest recipes, additional practices and journal prompts to help you comfortably and confidently step into motherhood.
