Ayurvedic Postpartum care includes detailed plans for rest and rejuvenation. This includes nourishing food as medicine for your healing delivered to your door, warm oil body therapies in the comfort of your home, herb and flower baths, herbal support, emotional support, local resources as needed, breastfeeding support, motherhood rite of passage ceremony and the warmth and experience of an Ayurvedic Practitioner by your side.
Individual sessions begin at $260 and six- eight week packages begin at $1800.
