Birth With Harmony

Immersed In Birth Childbirth classes are one day, hands on, engaging Lamaze style classes. Focused on the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices, parents will participate in activities that cover; healthy pregnancy, physiologic birth, avoiding unnecessary interventions, comfort measures for labor and birth, evidence based practices for labor and birth, laboring and pushing positions and learn how to advocate for their birth wishes.

Join from anywhere! 4 week virtual child birth education - Lamaze style classes. Focused on the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices, parents will participate in activities that cover; healthy pregnancy, physiologic birth, avoiding unnecessary interventions, comfort measures for labor and birth, evidence based practices for labor and birth, laboring and pushing positions and learn how to advocate for their birth wishes.

Birth With Harmony provides all clients with 1-2 prenatal visits, access to digital birth class handouts, phone and text support throughout pregnancy and continuous birth support for the entirety of labor. After the birth of your baby, Harmony will visit for one postpartum visit to help with infant feeding as well as process your birth. Birth with Harmony also offers a weekly support group for all past and current clients.
