Hi there! My name is Emma (she/her) and I am the founder of Birthplace Music Therapy. I am music therapist with more than 5 years of experience serving newborns, children, parents, and birthing people in the medical setting. I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2017 with a degree in music therapy and am board certified. I also underwent specialized training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), neonatal intensive care (NICU-MT), and music therapy assisted childbirth (MTACB).
