Bio

As a Certified Doula and mother of four, I’ve turned my personal experiences with birth trauma into a mission to help others. My first doula role was ten years ago, and today, doula support is my passion and my calling. Married for 25 years and a lover of Jesus, I lead with compassion, love, and a great sense of humor. I offer birth and postpartum education and support—both in-person and virtually. My goal is to ensure every family feels empowered, nurtured, and never alone.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

A: My own traumatic birth experiences. Not feeling empowered or heard. Wanting to support women in their most beautiful time of life.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: Certified Doua, hours of Childbirth education training, breastfeeding training, CPR First Aid, Mental Health

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I live in San Antonio and will serve in person in all areas around San Antonio. I do also offer virtual support to anyone in the Country. My goal is to reach as many states as I can virtually by providing support to them all.

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: I will never replace a partner! I tell all my client's that I am there to support both the birthing mom and the partner. I show the partner ways they can support the birthing mom. The partner matters just as much as the birthing mom!

Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

A: I have done all births. VBAC, Twins, Home birth, hospital birth, c section births. I have even witnessed a breech birth.
