Postpartum Doulas
Postpartum care includes breastfeeding education or bottle-feeding help, housework, childcare, emotional support, education on newborn care and recovery for the mother, and connecting with postpartum community resources (i.e. pelvic floor therapy, counseling, lactation services). I specialize in helping mothers who have experienced birth/sexual trauma or who experience postpartum mood disorders (anxiety, depression, rage, OCD, psychosis).
