Birth Classes
The group series has three 2-hour classes that cover how to make more space in the pelvis for easier labor, shorten pushing time and minimize tearing, hands-on coaching for dads to provide pain relief, breastfeeding, and postpartum nutrition.
Private classes are offered in the comfort of your own home and tailored to your needs and interests.
