Amanda views her role as a guide physically, emotionally and spiritually along the journey to parenthood. While birth is unpredictable, we are able to work together through Informed wisdom and creativity to use positions, breathing, affirmation work and all sorts of other methods of care to help you achieve your best birth. She is also a believer in the preparation for healing and self care during your baby moon season. Caring for yourself goes a long way to caring for your baby!
Amanda is a certified Doula, CPR cert. Blood Borne Pathogen trained and Food handlers cert.
