Description

Prenatal support consist of our initial meet & greet and 2, 1 hour sessions. In these sessions we will discuss & practice different comfort measures, birthing positions, talk about your plans for pain management & discuss & create a birth plan.
I am available to you 24/7 via text/call from the time you hire me, up until 6 weeks postpartum.
I provide continuous support during labor starting at home & lasting until 2 hours after birth.
