I incorporate prenatal alignment tools, Spinning Babies’ techniques, and mindful birthing practices to ensure you feel prepared and confident.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I am a Certified Birth Doula, Certified Body Ready Method Pro®, CAPPA-trained Lactation Educator, and Lamaze-trained Childbirth Educator.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

A: I had contrasting experiences with the births of my 2 daughters. During my first birth, I felt like an observer. With my second, I felt empowered & connected to every decision, which led to a deeply positive birth experience. I am honored to provide a safe space for birthing families to feel supported and empowered in their own births.

A: Birth Doula service area: Peninsula (San Carlos, Menlo Park, Redwood City, East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, Los Altos) South Bay Area (Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Santa Clara, San Jose, Los Gatos) and parts of the East Bay.
