Whether your child was born vaginally or via Cesarean, your core, pelvic floor, and surrounding joints need some TLC. My services are designed to release tension throughout your body, reconnect to your muscles, and aid in healing. We will work on gentle mobility, proper breathing patterns to restore pelvic floor and core connection, strengthening muscles, gentle therapeutic massage, movement patterns and much more to heal from the inside out.
Starting at $90 per hour: -$90 for one hour virtually -Additional cost for in-person at my home -Additional cost plus potential gas surcharge (calculated via miles) for traveling to your home
