Birth Doulas
After an initial consultation, this package includes 2 two hour prenatals, the labor, and a one hour post-birth visit as well as digital communication support throughout your pregnancy.

Overnight Doula
Overnight support is anywhere between 8pm to 8am with a minimum of 8 hours per shift with a maximum of 12 hours per shift. During overnight support we more heavily prioritize support for infant care, sleep, and feeding routines.
$45/hr
Birth Doulas
After the initial consultation, the limited package has 1 one hour prenatal visit with our birth team, the labor, and a one hour post-birth visit as well as digital communication support throughout your pregnancy.

Postpartum Doulas
Daytime support is anywhere between 8am to 8pm with a minimum of 4 hours per shift. During daytime support we more heavily prioritize support for the parents helping with daily tasks and allowing you time for self-care.
$40/hr
