Support Groups

Description

Biggest Little Baby offers several in-person support and education support groups covering many topics related to pregnancy and parenting. Three of these groups are offered weekly:
Milk Maker's Circle meets every Monday at 12:00pm, Circle of Babies meets every Wednesday at 12:00pm and Primed Pregnancy Circle meets every Thursday evening at 5:30pm.
In addition to these weekly offerings, there are also monthly groups.

Pricing Description

Some of our monthly groups do request a small donation ($5-$15) to help cover the overhead costs. Our weekly support groups are offered for free to anyone who wishes to attend. If you would like to help us keep offering these free support groups to the community you can do so many ways, such as attending our fitness offerings, shopping in our store or making a donation to Biggest Little Baby.

Babywearing

Description

Biggest Little Baby Hosts a Library of Baby Carriers featuring many different brands and styles. Staff is knowledgeable about the different types and styles of carriers. They can offer instruction on their proper use and can offer fittings, and guidance on using them safely. All Carriers are available to rent and/or purchase.

Pricing Description

We will answer questions about baby wearing and provide assistance in the correct use of baby carriers for free 7-days a week. If you find this service useful donations are accepted. (suggested donation $15-$25) Carriers in our library are available for rent at a cost of $25 for 2-weeks time. Many of our library Carriers are available for sale at a price range between $20-$200.

Prenatal Yoga + Fitness

Description

BLB offers a variety of movement classes with a focus on moving your body to build strength and fine-tuned to each individuals body and health. Our classes are safe for ALL bodies. Our Fitness Instructors are well versed in modifications for pregnancy, post partum, accommodating bodily injury, age and disability. No prior experience necessary and all needed equipment is provided. Come as you are, your children are welcome too!

Pricing Description

Fitness drop-in price is $25 per class with multi-packs available at a discounted rate.
