Birth changes your body, and postpartum, movement can feel unfamiliar in ways nobody warned you about. Together, we’ll assess where you’re really at (not just how many weeks out you are) and build a plan that fits your goals, whether that’s walking to the mailbox or getting back to running. You are postpartum forever, so if something has been lingering since a birth years ago, this care is still for you.

Give new parents expert feeding support from day one. Our lactation team helps breastfeeding and chestfeeding families with everything from latch and pumping to bottle feeding, return-to-work planning, and weaning. And if something more complex comes up, like a tongue tie, birth trauma, or a NICU history, they’re already in the hands of experts who look at the whole picture.

Learn positioning for feeding and play and how to make the most of tummy time, with gentle craniosacral therapy and infant massage as needed. We’ll talk through your goals and build a plan together.
