I learned with my first pregnancy that birth is a huge physical feat, so I give you tools and simple movement exercises that will strengthen & balance your body for pregnancy, birth, and recovery. This minimizes symptoms & pain that we are told is “normal in pregnancy,” and it also prepares the body for a more efficient birth and smoother postpartum recovery. When you hire me, you have unlimited support of someone who has seen a LOT of variations of normal, and who has had 4 births herself!
