Bio
I am passionate about helping helping women have the knowledge and confidence to birth the way they want. I love teaching not only about physiologic birth, but how preparing our bodies and minds for labor can make birth shorter, easier and more satisfying. As a Body Ready Method® certified pro, I teach women how to balance their bodies and make space for baby to navigate easily during birth. As a postpartum doula, I help tired new parents recover and adjust to taking care of a newborn.

A: I serve clients in and around the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: I have been a postpartum doula for 8 years and have served 20 families. I have been a birth doula for 6 years and have served over 130 families.

A: I am a DONA certified birth doula, DONA trained postpartum doula, certified lactation counselor, Body Ready Method® certified pro, Spinning Babies trained, NICU trained doula, trauma informed doula and many others.

Birth Doulas
Description
Birth support packages include two 2 hour prenatal meetings, labor support and one 1 hour postpartum follow-up meeting. Depending on package, may also include 1 breastfeeding prenatal and postpartum follow up or may include 1 body alignment assessment and either in person or virtual Body Ready Birth® class.
Postpartum support for daytime only, 4 hour increments. May include help with baby care, breastfeeding basics, small household tasks.
Pricing Description
Birth doula support $1450 - $1800 depending on package
Postpartum doula support $30 - $35/hour
