2 prenatal appointments (1 virtual), where we go over your birth rights, birth preferences, exercises, comfort techniques, postpartum plans, bodyfeeding and any other questions. Phone and email support through your entire pregnancy, continuous labor support (no max time) & up to 1 hour postpartum support to ensure feeding is established, all available resources and knowledge
