Welcome to the peaceful world of Reiki and Meditation . I provide 30-60 minutes of Relaxation during a Reiki session or meditation session. You will learn how to calm the body as well as the mind. I will teach you how to release the tension throughout your body and allow yourself to re focus, rejuvenate to be the best version of yourself .
