Description

We have extensive experience counseling clients with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD, Depression, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (Pregnancy and postpartum), and Adjustment to life changes. We treat children, adolescents, and adults. We have a clinical background in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) with a focus on Mindfulness and Play therapy.

We offer postpartum support groups to Moms and Dads. You can Pay what you can $5-$25 per group.

Pricing Description

We accept Health insurances such as BCBS, Fidelis Care, Compsych EAP. We do out-of-network with Magna Care, Aetna, and Empire NISHIP.
Feel free to call us to find out our out of pocket rates as it varies pending on the provider you see. Our graduate interns provide counseling at a low rate such as $20-$50 per session and for some situations Pro-bono.
