Our classes are customized so you can choose how and when you learn.
Our classes include benefits of infant massage, how to make massage a part of your baby’s routine and massage oils recommendations for use.
We offer several class topics from Head to Toe Massage, Tummy Massage, Face Massage, Tummy Time Massage.

Pricing Varies per class option… $60 for 60 minute class such as Tummy, Face $120 for a Head to Toe Class ( up to 2 hours)

About Babystrokes Infant /Child massage

Bio

I own Baby Strokes Infant / Child Massage and have been offering Parent Education in Infant Massage and Newborn Care for over 20 years. Why did I fall in love with Baby Massage? I did a continuing education course in Infant Massage in 2000 and it changed me. I decided I wanted to share my passion and started Babystrokes Infant Massage. I had my own son later in life and so began a change in career. I love teaching massage to expectant parents and parents with babies and older children.

What are your certifications and trainings?

I am a Registered Nurse ( Pediatrics and NICU), Certified Infant Massage Instructor ( CIMI 1&2) and Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist ( CPMT). I have worked in Pediatrics, NICU, HomeCare, Case Management and as a Hospital Parent Educator. I have over 20 years experience teaching Infant and Pediatric massage. I trained in the UK and USA both.

What locations or areas do you serve?

I offer Virtual class options both small group and individual.I have worked with clients all over the USA and Internationally too. I also offer in home classes, community classes and in Babystrokes studio class options for those living in Austin Texas and surrounding areas. such as Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Kyle, Buda, Round Rock &Lakeway Texas.

Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)

Baby Massage has so many lovely benefits for parents and babies. I work with well newborn and older babies and those with medical conditions too. Infant massage can help with sleep, weight gain, gas, colic, constipation, teething, nasal congestion and is a wonderful way to bond and connect with your baby. It can help with postpartum mood disorder

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

Nursing career… I had my baby late in life so gave up my nursing career to stay home. However I missed my parents and babies so much I decided to start Babystrokes. I did a course in infant massage and loved the concept. As my own baby grew I had more time to devote to teaching parents and professionals about infant and child massage.
