Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: My top advice to an expectant mom and to have autonomy over yourself and your body. Speak up when you have a question or a concern. Be informed about your birthing journey. Join a supportive parent/mom group that aligns with your preferences. ie, if you are a breastfeeding mom don't take advice from those who haven't.
