As an INA Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist, I can provide your family with more than just a restful nights sleep. Together, we will discuss your long term goals for your baby's feeding, sleep, and schedule. I will provide gentle, responsive care to your infant(s) overnight, while also using in-crib soothing methods to help baby stretch their sleep in between feedings. I can also support breastfeeding and pumping mom's with their goals, too.

8 Week Packages ranging from $6,400 to $18,000 12 Week Packages ranging from $9,600 to $27,000 16 Week Packages ranging from $12,800 to $36,000. I recommend a minimum of a mid-line package to all clients, which is 4 Nights for 12 Weeks, which totals $19,200 for a singleton baby or $21,600 for twins. As a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional, I have written two versions of my 6-Week Nutrition Meal Plan. The First Edition, which includes the consumption of meat, and the Vegetarian Edition, which doesn't include meat. Each week is broken down into Sunday through Saturday, with meals set for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snack recommendations. Many meals are intended to be made in bulk to make meal planning easier. Includes 25+ recipes!

Each Nutrition Guide is $179, which can be used as a self-guided tool or can be added onto in-person Postpartum Doula services.

As a mother of three, and child care specialist with over thirteen years of experience - I have seen it all! Allow me to assist you in setting up a nursery that not only exceeds safety recommendations, but that will tame the post-baby-shower-chaos. I will sort through all of your items, setting up items that will used upon baby's arrival, washing, sanitizing, and organizing clothing, diapers, and all of baby's darling accessories!

Packages range from $500-$1000 depending on the size of the nursery and the number of items that will need to be set up, washed, and organized. This includes a complimentary 90-minute in-person consultation to go over your wish-list and goals for organization. Most nurseries can be completed within 1 to 2 days.

As a Postpartum Nutrition Certified Postpartum Doula, I will provide you with an elevated level of postpartum care. Services include emotional and physical support through your recovery, as well as light housekeeping, meal and snack preparation, maintaining nursery organization, laundry, dishes, and infant care. These services are designed to cater to Mom's needs while she focuses on bonding, resting, and recovering in early postpartum.

Silver Package: 48 Hours of services to be used in 4-hour blocks - Starts at $1,900 Gold Package: 64 Hours of services to be used in 4-hour blocks - Starts at $2,600 Platinum Package: 96 Hours of services to be used in 4-hour OR 8-hour blocks - Starts at $4,000 I recommend at least two visits per week, meaning each package will cover somewhere between 6 week to 12 weeks of postpartum care.
