Light housekeeping is also available, along with assistance in newborn care, such as diapering, bathing, feeding, and comfort

In this 2hr session, we will develop a customized plan that meets your needs and expectations for the birth of your baby and your recovery afterward. We will discuss essential elements to prepare your mind and body, as well as how to support your team during childbirth. You will receive a Quickstart Customized Birth Plan and an Immediate Postpartum Care Plan tailored for your family and support team, guided by a knowledgeable birth doula.

On-call and text support 24/7 from 38-42 weeks of pregnancy, our services include 2 Prenatal Video Calls (1st Intake Call/2nd Birth Planning Session) to prepare for childbirth. You'll receive Virtual Birth Support through Text/Call/Zoom or other video call applications, along with 1 Postpartum Support Video Call. Our Birth Planning Session is included to guide you through the process, and you'll have 6 weeks of continuous assistance.

Single Doula Package for your childbirth journey includes on-call and text support 24/7 from 38-42 weeks. Enjoy 2 prenatal visits, which can be held over Zoom or in-person if possible, to discuss your birth plan. Experience dedicated labor and birth support along with 2-3 hours of post-birth assistance. Additionally, you will receive 1 postpartum support visit and a comprehensive birth planning session.
