I'm a certified Ayurvedic Doula serving expectant and new moms in North San Jose and neighboring areas. I offer personalized services and supplies for Ayurvedic labor preparation and postpartum care. I empower mamas to create a simple, sustainable, harmonious lifestyle starting from their postpartum sacred window.
