My postpartum services focus on nurturing the new mother and building the mother-baby bond from prenatal through postpartum.

Birth Package:
- 4, 2 hr. prenatal appointments (including childbirth education and postpartum planning)
- On-call for up to 5 weeks
- Up to 20 hrs. of in-person, hands-on labor and birth support
- 2 hr. postpartum visit
- Weekly mobile follow-ups through 6 weeks PP
- Unlimited mobile support from date of hire through 2 weeks postpartum

My birth services are designed to build your birth and postpartum experience with peace and confidence.

- In-home 90 minutes breastfeeding assessment including but not limited to:
Prop latch assessment
Pain management
Assistance in creating a pumping schedule and planning for a return to work
Education on breast anatomy and milk supply
- 30-minute follow-up Zoom or phone call
- 3 phone calls to be used at any point during your feeding/weaning journey
