Pelvic floor physical therapy is essential in postpartum to help return your body back to pre-baby status and to make sure that you don't have issues in the future like leaking urine or pain with sex. We can start pelvic floor physical therapy as soon as you get clearance from your doctor or midwife. Awaken Pelvic Therapy is unique because we will look at how your whole body is working together.
Each visit with Koleen at Awaken Pelvic Therapy is always one-on-one and lasts for 1 hour. Your baby is welcome at your visit and we will work with you to make sure you get the care you need as you care for your baby. Please call or text our office for pricing (810)656-9862.
