Pricing Description

The amount you pay depends on your insurance benefits, the type and level of service, and the department or provider. We encourage our patients to contact their insurance to guarantee coverage of services and providers, as well as to get an idea of how much will be their financial responsibility. Patients are welcome to call to ask for the cost of a service prior to scheduling. If you do not have insurance, we offer a 25% self-pay discount
