I am a holistic doula, lactation educator, and newborn care specialist and mother of three children. I love to provide evidence-based information to clients and help them to find THEIR way to parent. I am also host of the Ready for Baby podcast.

Description
We begin with a Registry Consult and Prenatal Planning meeting, where I deliver research-based information about your registry, birth, and postpartum. Then, once baby arrives home, I’ll visit two to three times per week. I’ll give you opportunities to rest and bond with your baby and be a constant resource. I'll provide support for feeding, sleeping, caring for older siblings, and more. I'll be there to listen, empathize, and support you.
